A YOUNG sun-seeker at a beach popular with Brits was caught on camera in the resort town of Mamaia, Constanta County, in south-eastern Romania apparently snorting a suspicious substance during a live TV news report.
Police are now trying to identify the young woman after the footage was widely shared on social media.
